It was 9 o'clock at night and my day was just coming to a close. What more could I need to polish this night off? Hmmmm. My mind was saying, "go home and rest up for tomorrow", while my sweet tooth was saying, "Stop over to Kaimuki and visit Robert". Needless to say, the tooth won the battle....

I've always been a huge fan of his SHOYU MANGO ice cream and tend to gravitate to that each time I come to visit. Fortunately today, ROBERT had me try ALL THE FLAVORS in the coolers and I discovered a few more favorites to add to my list!
Gosh, what an experience! He had this Strawberry Mochi flavor with actual mochi in the ice cream that rocked my clock! I didn't get a photo of it... but be sure to ask for it when you go in!
Robert has over 400 flavors buried in his brilliant mind, waiting to jump out into a a cold churn and then leap to your lips! The key to staying updated with his new flavors is to follow him on instagram or keep an eye out on ELEV8 HAWAII!
THE TRUTH REVEALED
The real reason I popped in today was to try out his ever famous "Watermelon Pie". It's an ice cream pie using flavors of honeydew, vanilla, watermelon, and an oreo crust. SOUNDS SO GOOD!
